Adult Softball Site Supervisor

Responsible for supervising adult softball leagues. Average 2-4 games per night per diamond for approximately 14 weeks. Light maintenance on complex grounds is also required. Bloodborne Pathogen Training provided by the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department. Average 2-4 games per night per diamond for approximately 14 weeks. Monday through Thursday night (makeup games added to the end of the season otherwise played on Friday or Sunday evenings).

Adult Softball Umpire

The adult softball umpire must have complete knowledge of all Village of Ashwaubenon Adult Softball League rules and regulations as well as ASA rules. The individual must be able to interpret rules for coaches, spectators, etc and have previous officiating experience. Average 2-4 games per night for approximately 14 weeks. Monday through Thursday nights (make-up games added to the end of the season otherwise played on Friday or Sunday evenings).

Community Center Supervisor

	The supervisor is responsible for the supervision and light custodial duties at the Community Center during a scheduled rental.

Recreation Program Assistant/Intern

Responsible for assisting the Program Supervisor in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating Village recreation programs. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to: programming of youth & adult recreation activities and events; on site recreation program supervision including Playground Program, Tot Lots, Special Events, etc.; requisition of supplies; coordination of adult athletic leagues and tournaments; involvement in Village’s aquatic programs, both lake and indoor pool setting as well as involvement in concession stand operations and supervision; program registration and accounting; site coordination with Park Maintenance Department; perform other duties as requested. Average 37.5 hours per week: weekdays and some evening and weekend hours. May work up to a maximum of 600 hours(approximately 15 weeks).
