The Ashwaubenon Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department has developed a number of park rules and ordinances, which we hope, will make your park visit a positive one. Your cooperation in abiding by these rules during your park visit is greatly appreciated.

PARK RULES & ORDINANCES

The Ashwaubenon Parks & Recreation Department has developed a number of park rules and ordinances which we hope will make your park visit a positive experience.  Your cooperation in abiding by these rules during your park visit is greatly appreciated.

1. Park hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.  No person or vehicle is allowed in any park after these hours without a permit.

2. Vehicles permitted ONLY on roads and parking areas.

3. Glass containers are not allowed in any park or parkway.

4. Dogs or any other pets are prohibited in any park or parkway.

5. Golfing is prohibited in any village park.

6. Alcoholic beverages:
   a) are allowed in ASHWAUBOMAY PARK ONLY, from the day AFTER Memorial Day until the day BEFORE Labor Day.
   b) are allowed in the ASHWAUBENON SPORTS COMPLEX and IN the COMMUNITY CENTER at Klipstine Park.
   c) are NOT allowed in any other Village Parks.

7. Excessive Noise Prohibited:  Auto radios, portable radios and TV sets must be turned low at all times, so as not to be heard from a distance beyond 20 feet from the instrument.
