The Park Board shall consist of seven members. Two members shall be village trustees appointed annually to a one-year term and five citizen members shall be appointed with staggered four-year terms by the village president and subject to confirmation by the village board.

The Park Board shall meet the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall. The current board members include: Mark Williams (chair), Gary Paul, Chris Zirbel, Tom Kohlbeck, Mark Castonia, Beth Pless and Keith Cormier (vice-chair).
