It is the goal of the Assessor to maintain equity and fairness in the assessed values. Please keep in mind if you request a review of your assessment due to a recent purchase or possibly a bank appraisal that the review will take into consideration the assessed value of similar properties and may not result in a lower assessment.
The Assessor for the Village of Ashwaubenon is Mike Denor. Mike is contracted to serve the duties of Assessor. Barb Baeten is the Assessment Technician for the Assessor and is an employee of the Village.
Review of all assessed values to occur in 2013
Due to the decline in property values, a review of all assessed values in the Village of Ashwaubenon will be completed for 2013. The Village Board has contracted with our assessor, Mike Denor, to complete the project. Mike will be using the existing data he has on file. A value that better reflects the current market will be established
All property owners will receive a notice of the new assessed value in late August. The assessed values will be effective January 1, 2013. The 2013 Board of Review will be approximately 2 weeks after notices are received. Please check in June as the date of the Board of Review will be set and posted on this page.
