Ashwaubenon Business Development Areas

The Village of Ashwaubenon is blessed by its location at the confluence of Highway 172 and Highway 41 in northeastern Wisconsin.  This infrastructure amenity allows the Village of Ashwaubenon to flourish as a development area for businesses, commercial retail, office and industrial development.

Many of the properties in these development areas are included in the boundaries of the Village of Ashwaubenon’s TIF #3 and TIF #4 Districts.  This allows the Village of Ashwaubenon to work with developers and property owners to provide infrastructure improvements and/or cash grants as incentives for development and/or redevelopment.  The Village of Ashwaubenon encourages interested parties to contact the Village President Mike Aubinger or Village Manager Allison Swanson at 492-2301 or via e-mail at maubinger@ashwaubenon.com or aswanson@ashwaubenon.com to discuss economic development opportunities on these properties.

There are a number of areas in the Village of Ashwaubenon that have been planned, designed and act as development zones in the Village.  In these areas, the Village of Ashwaubenon or the Village of Ashwaubenon Community Development Authority own various parcels that are available for sale.
